University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland - School of Business

The University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (Swiss acronym: FHNW) is a public university offering degrees in engineering, business management, and social sciences. It has carried out research in the fields of innovation and strategic management, human resource management, social work, electronics and automation, information and knowledge management among others. It has participated to several research projects in the EU IST programme, such as the EcATT, SIBIS, PROMOTE (all FP 5) and OntoGov (FP 6).
