Analysis of the datasets

Results:

1. Analysing the role of recruiting and training young scientists versus other strategies of networking (documented in bibliometric and webometric data)
2. Identifying the overarching patterns (e.g. strength, direction, geographical orientation, disciplinary composition) in the migration of people and of knowledge/information
3. Bringing to light the dynamics of network relationships over time
4. Evaluating whether and how the types and patterns of networking are related to scientific success
