Characterisation of post-doctoral training

Results:

1. Clarifying the role of post-docs in research networks from a theoretical point of view and based on the evidence of prior analyses
2. Design of instruments for collecting data from research units/universities on post-docs through a questionnaire-based survey
3. Collection of data on variables related to post-docs, including information on origin and previous higher education institutions
4. Carrying out a descriptive analysis of the collected data
